Details about Dorm Room Movers’ Delivery Season

There are two major seasons at Dorm Room Movers – pick up and delivery. Pick up season occurs at the end of every spring semester, while delivery season takes place just before fall semester begins. In today’s blog, we’ll be taking a closer look at DRM’s delivery season. 

When students register with Dorm Room Movers, they will receive DRM’s complimentary signature packing supply kit. This kit contains 5 boxes and packing tape.

Students can schedule a pick up date to have DRM’s professional movers come collect their boxes. These boxes can either be stored in our secured, climate controlled storage facilities or they can be shipped directly to students’ desired locations. If a student happens to need some of their boxes stored and the others shipped, we can do that too! The best of both worlds is possible.

Furthermore, for the students who had their boxes stored – DRM also has the ability to ship those boxes back to  campus for them.  As you can imagine, this feature is immensely useful for any international or out-of-state students. 

Although it’s summertime at the moment, we want to remind our students that Fall Semester / delivery season has a tendency to sneak up on us all. With that being said, we recommend that all students currently registered with DRM start thinking about their plans for their upcoming move back.
