GENERAL SUMMARY/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive incoming and make outgoing calls.
  • Provide customer service support to the organization.
  • Assist customers by providing product and service information and managing customer accounts in a timely manner.
  • Resolving product and service problems.
  • Implements an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:/p>

  • Six months of customer service and/or direct marketing experience
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Must able to multitask
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to type at least 35-40 WPM.
  • Data Entry Experience
